Every resident will get private access to a portal. Within the portal you will be able to set up your banking information to complete ACH payments for rent.

Our company policy is to reach out to residents within 90 days of lease termination to determine a resident's intent to renew the lease or leave the home. Should a resident wish to vacate the property a minimum of 30 days notice is required in order to avoid any penalties prior to the lease end date.

While maintenance requests can be made through your online portal, our team will reach out to the owner of the property on your behalf to try and have the issue resolved with the owner. However, the owner is only responsible to maintain structural issues or other items that deem a home habitable and not due to a resident's negligence.

Yes, rents are prorated to the date of move-in.

The resident is responsible for all utilities (electric, water and gas) unless otherwise specified.
