Yard is neatly maintained, freshly cut, and properly trimmed

Paint

Clean and in good condition with no chipping or peeling

Garage

Cleaned out and swept, free of debris and personal belongings

Window Wells

All window wells must have proper covers installed

Personal Property

No tools, lawn equipment, or personal items left on the property

Interior

Appliances & Systems

All appliances and mechanical systems must be fully operational and functioning as intended

Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Wall-mounted detectors installed within 15 feet of each bedroom; plug-in units are not permitted

Carpet

Professionally cleaned with no stains or odors

Cleanliness

Home should be cleaned to a high standard, with kitchens and bathrooms spotless and all fixtures shining

Doors & Locks

All exterior doors must have working locks and be rekeyed between residents; interior doors should have doorstops installed

Kitchen & Bathrooms

Fresh caulking applied and surfaces free of mildew

Lighting

Every fixture must have working, matching light bulbs installed

Locks

Resident safety is a priority. All exterior doors and windows must have secure, working locks, and the property must be rekeyed between residents

Paint:

Clean and consistent throughout with no scuffs or mismatched touch-ups

Personal Property

Property must be fully cleared of all items, including furniture, toiletries, shower curtains, and décor; no owner lock-off areas

Smoke Detectors

Installed on every floor and inside each bedroom

Unfinished Areas

Spaces like basements must be swept clean and free of debris or belongings

Windows

All windows must have working locks; second-story bedroom windows require screens; all bedrooms must have blinds installed and no drapes present
