Texas Property Management Partners (TXPM PARTNERS) was built out of frustration with how property management typically operates.
Before real estate, I served as an infantryman with the 10th Mountain Division, where I quickly stepped into a team leader role. That experience shaped how I approach everything today: leadership, accountability, and most importantly, operating within clear systems and processes. In that environment, success wasn’t based on guesswork. It was built on structure, discipline, and execution. When I transitioned into property management, I saw an industry lacking those fundamentals. Owners paid more as their properties performed better, however, communication was inconsistent, maintenance was reactive, and decisions often lacked a clear connection to long-term results. The model wasn’t built around performance; it was built around fees. That didn’t sit right.
TXPM was created to bring a different approach rooted in process, data, and aligned incentives. We built the company to operate like a system, not a collection of tasks. Every part of our model, from pricing to maintenance to lease enforcement, is designed to reduce friction, protect the asset, and drive consistent, long-term performance. We use a flat-fee structure to eliminate the percentage-based penalty on performance. We emphasize preventative maintenance and structured inspections to avoid costly surprises and focus heavily on resident retention, targeting longer lease terms to reduce turnover and stabilize returns. That approach has scaled.
Today, TXPM manages many single-family homes across Greater Houston, working with both experienced investors and accidental landlords who want a more reliable, structured way to manage their properties. We’ve also expanded beyond management. Through our brokerage services, we help clients buy, sell, and reposition assets because managing a property is only one part of building a successful portfolio.
At its core, TXPM reflects the same principles that shaped its foundation: clear systems, disciplined execution, and accountability at every level.

Trey Waldhauser
Founder
Trey founded Texas Property Management Partners, a Katy-based firm that manages single-family rental homes across Greater Houston. A former infantryman with the 10th Mountain Division and an Economics major from the University of Houston, Trey developed a leadership style rooted in discipline, structure, and accountability. He applies that same process-driven approach to property management focusing on tenant retention, proactive maintenance, and long-term asset performance. His goal is simple: run each property like a business and deliver consistent results for owners.
Lindsay Waldhauser
Operations Manager
Lindsay brings a unique blend of property management experience, financial expertise, and real estate investment knowledge to Texas Property Management Partners. A graduate of the University of Houston and licensed Realtor, she began her career managing short-term rentals in Colorado before the industry became what it is today, developing a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and asset performance.
As Operations Manager, Lindsay helps oversee the systems, processes, and client experience that drive the company's day-to-day success. Her background in finance and investing allows her to approach property management with a focus on long-term asset performance while ensuring both owners and residents are treated fairly and professionally. She is passionate about building strong relationships, improving operational efficiency, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
Margo Broughton
Multi-Family
Margo is a highly experienced property manager and past president of NARPM® Houston Chapter (2025) with a strong background in system development and asset management for investor owners. She has demonstrated leadership in managing teams dedicated to resident services, maintenance, and make-ready processes, ensuring excellent service for property owners, investors, residents, and company leaders.
Her career in property management spans back to 1982, complemented by her status as a licensed real estate agent since 1994. Margo's extensive industry experience includes helping to launch four property management startup companies.
Since 2017, she has specialized in managing single-family real estate with private and traditional investors. Before that, she spent 16 years in institutional property management, handling REO and single-family properties for notable clients such as the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bank of America across a 26-state region.
Margo is passionate about mentoring aspiring property management professionals, offering guidance, motivation, and support to those looking to build a career in the field.
Elizabeth Thomsen

Elizabeth Thomsen leads Luxury Property Services at Texas Property Management Partners, specializing in delivering personalized experiences for luxury homeowners, investors, and residents throughout the Greater Houston area.
With a background in real estate, marketing, and public relations, Elizabeth understands that exceptional service begins with exceptional communication. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to building lasting relationships help ensure every client receives the professionalism and care expected when managing high-value properties.
Elizabeth oversees luxury rental homes, executive residences, and high-end investment properties, working closely with owners, residents, vendors, and the TXPM team to protect asset value and create a seamless management experience. Currently pursuing studies in Public Relations, she believes successful property management is built on trust, transparency, and exceeding expectations.

Maintenance Coordinator
As Maintenance Coordinator at Texas Property Management Partners, Anthea helps ensure properties are maintained efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on long-term asset protection. She works closely with property owners, residents, vendors, and contractors to coordinate repairs, oversee projects, schedule inspections, and keep maintenance requests moving smoothly from start to finish.
With extensive experience managing operations, vendor relationships, project coordination, and property maintenance, she brings a detail-oriented approach to every aspect of the maintenance process. Her commitment to communication, organization, and problem-solving ensures owners receive quality service while residents enjoy a positive living experience.
